OPERATING RECOMMENDATIONS on
HOW TO CORRECTLY MAKE THERMAL SYSTEMS
ON NEW HEATING SYSTEMS IN ALL COMPONENTS:
1) Before filling the system up carry out a deep wash until water is perfectly clean or a pickling cycle (i.e. removal of oxides from metal parts and of machining waste, e.g. oil, chips, hemp residues, bad quality pastes, etc.); we remind you that new does not mean clean.

Wash using DISIFLUX pump in order to preserve the boiler circulator, using FERRONEX (non-acid product).

2) Protect the system against CORROSION following the scheme hereunder:

a) ABSENCE OF ATIGEL System not protected against corrosion; add  FILMAX+ThermakilŽ to inhibit.
b) ATIGEL 20 - 25 % Vol. System not sufficiently protected; add FILMAX+ThermakilŽ
c) ATIGEL (antifreeze) min. 30% Vol. Protected system.

Remember to periodically check the antifreeze density as well as the alkaline reserve and reintegrate, if necessary. Reintegrate also the corrosion inhibitor every 4/5 years on average (regenerating product ANTIRUST).
ON EXISTING HEATING SYSTEMS:
On old systems (also partly: e.g. new boiler, old pipes) all the more reason carry out a pickling cycle, i.e. removal of oxides and of any slime; for this purpose the following treatment is recommended:

For sludge also mixed to algae

ANTINEX+ThermakilŽ
For rust or incoherent black oxide

ZINCONEX / ZINCONEX-Al
For algae and bacteria (e.g. floor systems expansion tanks or open circuits) ThermakilŽ or ANTIALGA PREVENTORE

Following the treatment protect the systems against corrosion choosing one among solutions a), b) or c).
